PR - C4090, PR-C4100, PR-C4110 petroleum resin are a kind of hydrocarbon resin widely used in tyre rubber mixing. It has good compatibility with natural rubber( NR) , synthetic rubber, polyethylene, polypropylene, SIS, SEBS, EVA etc.. It is also used as tackifier, reinforcing agent, softener and filler etc.in rubber mixing.
Properties in rubber mixing:
Excellent tackify property.
Improve extensibility and spalling resistance.
Cure time and the physical properties after sulfuration are not affected.
Avoid adhesive capacity to processing machinery.
Help filling material distribute evenly.
Proper color.
Application field recommended: mixing of tyre rubber.
Other use :
Other rubber products, such as tread, shoes heel, floor, belt etc.
Light-colored rubber daily-use products.
